Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is placed, our team will carefully pick and package your barber supplies within 72 hours.
Sometimes there is too much to put in one package, so you may get multiple packages from our fulfilment location. Not to worry though, they will still be sent at the same time.
Your order will then be sent via UPS, and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
The UPS delivery driver may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.
If you're order is $40 or over, not a cent! Orders under $40 are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee.
Currently we only ship within Canada, as this is our home base. We can ship to any Canadian address.
We are looking to expand internationally soon!
If you are getting you're order delivered in Ontario, you can expect your order within 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS of order placement.
For all other provinces/territories in Canada, you're package should arrive within 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS of order placement.

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way!
After we pass your order to UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button.
This will take you directly to the UPS site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although UPS quotes us 3-7 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 14 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with UPS.
Please note: Once we pass your order to UPS, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by UPS. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
Oops, order not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
All of our products are shipped right here in Canada, out of our distribution center. This means there’s no need to stress about any customs fees, as it’s shipping from your own backyard.
Product Questions
Your products will be sent in a standard secure shipping box, with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure nothing is damaged during transit.
All our products are the real deal, purchased directly from the manufacturer. That means our Wahl products come straight from Wahl, our Andis products come straight from Andis, etc. The products come off the manufacturing line, straight to our fulfillment center for storage and to your door when you order.
It's in nobody's best interest to sell illegitimate or used products, so you can trust us when we say our products are authentic straight from the manufacturers.
Yes, you better believe it! If you make a purchase of $130 or more of a certain brand, we will send you a FREE maintenance kit with enough supplies to maintain your brand new clipper/trimmer.
The free kit will automatically be added to your order during checkout if you qualify.
The free kit you receive will depend on the brand you purchase. For example, if you spend $130 on Wahl products, you will receive the Wahl Maintenance Kit. If you spend $130 on Andis products and $130 on Oster products, you will receive the Andis and Oster Maintenance Kits.

Missed out on your favorite clipper, don’t worry we continuously restock all products, so keep an eye out on the website for when they will be available again.
If the product you need has not been restocked for a while, please email us and let us know and we can make it a priority.
Nobody panic! If you can’t add an item to cart, it may unfortunately be a sold out item.
Try your equal-first or second-favourite product, otherwise we will update our website again when the product is available.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after your order is shipped to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit our Return Center. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can certainly return your order to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 45 days or the order shipped date.
Please note: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions we will still accept the return and you will receive your refund, however we may deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refund amount.
We’ve got you covered here too. All returns will be covered with a free return shipping label that we will provide to your in our Return Center, which means no expenses at the post office!
We are working hard behind the scenes to get your return processed quickly. We just need to wait until your return arrives at our warehouse before we can process it. Then we need to inspect it to ensure the product is in new condition and original packaging. After inspection is when we will initiate the appropriate refund.
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.
Payment
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and shopPay too!
All pricing for our store is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
When you have a discount code available for use, simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
These things happen! Please email us immediately and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment center you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

You can expect a response within 24 hours.
Our fulfillment centre is located in Hamilton, Ontario.
Please note: Our fulfillment centre is not a retail store and we cannot accept orders or returns in person there.
