Oligo Blacklight Lightening Cream is formulated for all on and off the scalp techniques, lightens up to 7 levels, lightens and tones in one single step and is formulated with a high lipid content to maintain moisture in the hair during the lightening process.

How to Use:

  1. Mix with developer based on ration instructions and depending on degree of lightening desired.
  2. Apply on dry hair
  3. Check frequently to avoid over processing
  4. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear
  5. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner
  6. Rinse thoroughly

  • Orders $40 or over are eligible for FREE SHIPPING nationwide.
  • Orders under $40 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.
Shipping Times
  • Ontario: Delivered within 3-7 days of order placement.
  • Other Provinces: Delivered within 7-14 days of order placement.

    • You have 45 days from the day your order is shipped to make a return.

    Return Process

    • If you wish to make a return, please go to our Return Center and we will give you instructions.

    Refund Process

    • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product. 
    • If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. 
    • If the product is damaged, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
